Notes
Ugh. Felt really sore today… and didn’t sleep well last night. For some reason I woke up at around 2 am and couldn’t get back to sleep after that. So I spent the time fixing my room some and packing the things I would be bringing with me to Batangas. My coworker and I were scheduled to visit some clients here in Lipa City and will be staying here until Friday.
All throughout our fieldwork today I could feel some of my muscles hurting here and there, and it was a challenge to drive my car. All I could think about was getting a massage at La Corona de Lipa, the hotel we’re staying in, once we’re done with the client visits.
But that plan’s going to have to be put on the back burner though. On a last minute notice one of our client visits was rescheduled at 8:30 pm later, and by our estimate–since we will be doing some demos and stuff–we won’t finish until around midnight.
There goes my target bedtime. Oh well.
On a separate note, I really enjoyed the Jillian Michaels workouts I did today. And in case you’re wondering, yes, I only did five minutes of the Killer Buns & Thighs workout. That’s because a minor household accident happened just as I got to the end of the warmup, so I had to cut the workout and do some damage control before it got worse.
I hope I can still wake up early tomorrow despite the uber-late sleeping time. I want to be able to stick to my workout schedule. For the meantime, I’m going to get a bit of rest. We’ve got a long night ahead. Happy Wednesday, everyone!
